About Jen

September 30, 2010

Jennifer Edwards is a trained Holistic Counsellor affiliated with Blue Mountains Cancer Help Inc since its beginnings over 10 years ago. She is the owner/creator of the Emotional Survival Kit which has helped many people connect back to their power – emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Jennifer’s philosophy is one of love and empowerment. A connection back to who you really are rather than who you are ‘supposed’ to be. She believes that the key that unlocks the door to personal freedom and happiness depends on how you accept all parts of yourself – the relationship you are having with yourself.

The Emotional Survival Kit can be the first step on the way forward to living life whole-heartedly and she would encourage anyone to start that incredibly awesome journey.

The Emotional Survival Kit is available as a beautifully presented box of cards or as an iPhone or iPad App on the App Store.

photo of Jennifer Edwards“In 2001 my life as I knew it fell apart. Everything and everyone I had identified with completely (including my husband and my lucrative career) seemed to fall away all at once and I was left with the feeling that life would never be the same again. I cried for about six months and came out of this emotional roller coaster with a burning need to find what was really true in my life. What did I really believe? What did I really think? What did I really feel?

I left my job and studied holistic counselling and metaphysics. While I was opening the huge ‘can of worms’ that was my life at that time, I realised that not many of us have learned any ‘tools’ with which to deal with the times when our lives change forever; the times when we fall into a deep, dark hole where emotions are on overwhelm and there is little or no clarity about what is actually going on; or even our everyday emotional ‘issues’ to do with our families, kids, work, money etc. During my own truly experiential journey, I was either inspired to create, or given amazing, life-changing tools just as I needed them. These tools empowered and supported me to find out what was really going on in my life and how to create the happiness, love and peace I was craving through emotional freedom.

The tools are now, collectively, the Emotional Survival Kit. Every one of these tools changed my life. They helped me create a much better life filled with happiness, love and peace. If they were able to help me, then I’m certain that they will do the same for you.”
