In counselling women with Cancer (for the last five years), I have been astounded and incredibly interested at the frequency at which the same hidden, underlying ‘beliefs’ come up over and over again for people. I have labelled them “health hazard beliefs” and it’s not only women with cancer that have them. They are these; I am not good enough; I have to DO things for you to be loved by you; I have to achieve impossibly high standards; I have to please you to be accepted by you; My needs come last.
These hidden beliefs are like our auto-pilot. They determine our first reaction to any situation.
If you can relate to ANY of these hidden beliefs, then chances are that they are currently affecting every aspect of your life experience. They complicate relationships, impact on your work and how you do it and literally decide your level of well-being and happiness.
This is the main reason why I created www.emotionalsurvivalkit.com.au – a toolkit with practical, helpful and life-changing tools that shine a light on everything ‘hidden’ and also help you to become aware of where your energy is unconsciously leaking out to. Most importantly of all, the Emotional Survival Kit teaches you to acknowledge your SELF and treat yourself well because ALL happiness depends on this.
